We contracted Siding Craft Exteriors (***************) to reshingle the north wall of our building in Horseshoe Bay in ************** in May 2023. After paying them a deposit of thousands of dollars, SC started the paperwork. They submitted a permit application to the ********************** but this was rejected for incomplete documentation. The ***************** sent the notice of rejection to Siding Craft. ************ failed to notify us in order for us to resubmit for the permit. After a brief message from them months later, they refused to respond to our phone calls or emails. We've tried repeatedly to contact them, even going to their postal address to leave messages with their receptionist. To no avail. We've been waiting for months for them to start the work they were paid for. We want that work done or even just a return of the deposit. We've wasted months believing they were reliable. Now we're considering legal action if the Better Business Bureau is unable to help. Notice that, even though the contract was not signed by Siding Craft, our attached bank statement shows that we paid out a deposit to them.
