Tried to cancel an order, ******* order, within 48 hours. Got this back from the owner/manager: We are a locally owned business and refunds affect us greatly.Who tries to guilt their customers? Told me it would be a 30% less refund and it is only 48 hours later. I could understand weeks, but less than two days? I haven't even received it yet and I hold no hope that they will follow through with repairs promised if something isn't right. Should have their business license taken away; no care about the customer, no consideration for the customer, nothing.******/*** *****/***** ********** all had to be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances. No problems with them at all; happy to help me and they all took a hit on their commissions due to the return/cancelation. Not *******************************, the owner/manager; nope, she tries to guilt me into it by telling me how it's going to impact her income? And they want 30% of my money for an order that isn't even 2 days old? Is that how they pay the bills; ******* ********* *** *** *** ** **** ****** Inappropriate and suspect business dealings; never again will I deal with this business and will continue to warn others about it. Shame on them.
