I used this company for service a few times. The last time I was not happy with what they did as it seemed they were wanting me to repair things they had the previous service. The company I now use said the work was not required. I have been called by budget several times and each time I have requested they take me off their list and stop calling. I have even politely stayed on the line while the person has confirmed they have removed my number. I am still receiving calls to the point I am passing this on to the BBB and recommend no one do business with them.

If I could give this business a -5 review I would. The tech came out to my place on Feb24th for a problem with my furnace firing intermittently. He told me it was very dirty (it was) & that I needed a flame sensor switch & a new computer board or mother board. He suggested I get a new furnace which started at $5350 & I would need renovation repairs for installation costs. He said that he had to inspect plates and if they were cracked even though he had done a assessment of my furnace he could not ethically continue because his license could be at stake because it would be unsafe So his best recommendation would be to replace. However if I chose to do repairs it would be $1770 without taxes. I asked for an estimate on service for a tankless water heater which included a vinegar flush and that estimate was $550. ( Total $2436 with tax) Today ( Feb 25th) I had a tech come out from ******************************************** & he said my *************** were dirty. He cleaned my *************** for $350. He flushed & serviced my tankless water tank for $129. Total with taxes is ****** & miracle of miracles I do not need a new computer board or a flame sensor it is all working properly. So by going with ******************************************** I saved $1933.05 or the price of a new furnace. I have the receipts & plan of action to prove this. Very happy with the work provided by Budget when my vapour tube froze in the bad weather in Dec. 2021. Although the company was very busy, they pulled a technician out of retirement who got my furnace working again and a temporary vapour tube installed. After they had fixed the furnaces of many others who had a problem due to the extreme (for here) cold, they returned to re-route the vapour tube so that it would not freeze again in future and did a very neat job. Sam on the phone was very helpful with his explanations and the price was good for the work done. I recommend their service.Budget Heating & Plumbing Services Response
