I was very pleased with the price and service provided by *** at Mannix. I talked to at least five different companies before deciding to let *** come over and assure me that his low price (in comparison to the other companies) to install and purchase a new Rheem water heater would not include any hidden costs. He dropped by the same day of the call and told me that he could install it tomorrow which was a pleasant surprise as some of the other reputable companies told me that they couldn't come for at least a week. Everything is working great and I will be sure to call him again if I have problems with my furnace or gas fireplace. Thanks ***!Review from ARLYNE F

Mannix installed an air conditioner in spring prior to the hot summer. Ray did an exceptional job and installed the unit in one long day. Our home is now comfortable in winter and summer. We appreciate their service and recommend them to all.Review from Diane a.

We had a heating issue throughout our home, which Ray identified and solved very quickly. Ray proved to be a highly experienced professional with integrity. The initial contact for booking service was excellent and accommodating as well.

Great service from Ray!! We are two ******* who thought we were going to need a new furnace but thanks to Ray for making three visits and repairing our very old furnace. He is a professional in every sense of the word. We consider ourselves lucky to have chosen his Company. The charges were reasonable so thanks again Ray.Review from Michael S

Due to the age of the pipes, ****** *** found two gas leaks, one to the furnace and another to the hot water tank. I needed someone to re-pipe the two leaks and at the same time, to service my furnace. With the number of contractors to choose from, I picked Mannix Heating & Plumbing because I had dealt with this company back in the 1970s. Ray came over and I found him to be very professional and efficient and took the time to explain what he was doing. He was very thorough and while inspecting the gas connection to the hot water tank, he also found a small leak in the tank that I was not aware of. I appreciated his honesty and integrity. I will definitely call on him again for future gas and plumbing issues.Mannix Heating & Air Conditioning Ltd. Response
