    On August 19, 2022, I called **** on his cell phone (He is the proprietor of All Season Home Maintenance) to come clean the gutters on my home. He asked me to pay cash, saying it would cost $100. **** came to my home, changed his quote to $125 which I agreed to pay. He quickly completed the work, I paid him and I asked him for a receipt. He made an excuse for not providing me a receipt, I told him I needed it for my taxes, and then he hesitated before he told me he would email it to **** had not received the receipt or invoice, I followed up on August 23 by text message. This time he said his invoice program was down and he would drop one off at my home. I again followed up on August 29 asking for a receipt. This time he ignored me and did not reply.On September 1 my partner ******* went to his business at *********** ***, as **** said if all else fails to go to his business. No one was there. He then called **** and **** said he would provide an invoice that day or the next. ******* called on September 2, and **** was hostile and unprofessional. **** asked us to pay extra money for a receipt and hung up on *******. ******* continued to call, and **** did not answer his call much of the day. I also called and I left a detailed voicemail saying I would like to receive a receipt, I did not see what the problem was and did not know why I had to pay extra for a receipt. I also said if I did not hear from him in 2 hours, I would follow up with the BBB. Several hours later, we did not hear from ****, ******* contacted him one last time, again by calling ***** cell phone. This time **** picked up the phone, telling ******* not to call back or else.******* called the **** and filed a police report. The **** went to his business on ******* but he was not there at the time. The *********************** advised us to file a complaint with the BBB.
