I hired them to install a fence. I provided the required building products. They would do the install. There is a wire fence to be install around my vegetable beds ,posts were installed , however the wire fencing was not attached to the posts. In recent months 3 sections of the fence have failed, due to their incorrect install procedures. I would like them to come back and finish the job . I have been in touch with the company owner Chris * d****** several times over the pass 3 months to resolve the issue, promising to come back with a crew to resolve the issue. I have been waiting for 3 months now. I say A LOT LESS TALK AND A LOT MORE ACTION!!!Business response

Hi *****,
As discussed with you on multiple occasions, our team is on the Sunshine Coast for the next 4 weeks starting today. We will review what has failed and why it has done so. As we did not design the installation style of fence and installed based on your design, we will do whatever we can to remediate it asap.
I did tell you that I was sending a crew up this week and they would connect with you. I cannot afford to send a crew specifically up for minor repairs but we will address.
