            They overcharged me for their services considerably more than what they did for me!!!I requested them to file a bare trust agreement for my holding company, they asked $1,500 for their time on preparing the documents. After preparing the final document, they provided me with a plain piece of paper that had a pre-formatted text with my signature and my witness's signature on it, without any signature as a confirmation from the lawyer who had charged me for the work!! It was not even on an official letterhead!!! When I reached to them and asked what is this and why is it not on an official letterhead, they said that's the way it should be!!!! They said if I wanted the bare trust agreement on an official letterhead, I have to pay $112+tax extra to the $1,500 to sign my document!!!! This was the most disappointing experience with a law firm!!! It was as if this was the first time that lawyer was doing an official work for someone!!! When the lawyer noticed my discontentment with her service, she signed the agreement and sent it back to me. She said she has not even registered the agreement on any official portal and that she has charged me $1,500 for just the plain piece of paper!!! If I had copied this information from online websites and notarized it in a notary public, it would cost me $50 and would seem more official!!! I would never recommend this business to anyone!
