February 11th 2022. I bought a car from the dealership. The broker agent did not show me in details all the prices, and did not give me the conditional sales contract to read. She just gave me the purchase agreement and the last page of the conditional sales contract to sign, which I thought it was part of the purchase agreement. She grab my cell and send herself my void check and when I lean to get my cellphone back she was looking at my bank account. If I have seen and read to a the detail disclosure statement and conditional sales contract I would have not signed the document. I sent a cancellation letter to the sales manager, saying the car is smelling fuel while driving, moreover, the car was backing up when was in drive, I was going to pay a lots of money, And the process of the transaction was not appropriate. He said bring the car, they checked and they said there is not problem with the car, he said take the car with you. I cry because I now there is something wrong with the car, and I was ******* during the transactions. And when I drove back home the car was still smelling fuel and I drove back to them and left the car at their location. Now the bank it has sent me to a collection. I am not sure exactly what the means. This is a semi ***** action, ********* activity violates consumer right, I have file a complaint with the ***; but, I am still waiting. Something has to be done soon. Those people cannot do this to customers. I want to cancel the contract and I want my $500 deposit. I want the bank to get their money from the dealership. This is crazy, I do not understand how the authorities, and the bank let them do this ********* actions. Please, where should I go if you cannot help. Let me know, thank you. I am uploading the only two paper they showed me and told me to sign. When I got home I saw things in detail, is more money almost to $61,00.00. I saw I will pay for the warranty more than what I pay for my house insurance a year.

Hello, I want to state right from the beginning, Morrey Mazda does not partake in ********* selling. We are transparent during the whole sales process. Never will a sales person sell a vehicle with out physically showing and test driving it with the client. The finance department is also transparent with all the figures and contracts.

The complaint this client had was looked at by our service team as well as our sales managers and we could not find a fault. There was no smell of fuel, nor did it "back up while in drive"

Morrey Mazda offered to remove any or all of the protection the client bought, thus lowering the payment, we also gave her a quote for a new ***** *** and said we would take back the vehicle she had just purchased, which at the time she liked and was interested in, but after going home and thinking about it she declined that as well.

The customer stated Morrey Mazda rushed her to take delivery, but really, it was the client who wanted it right away as we are in North Vancouver and she lives in *********

While Morrey Mazda came up with several solutions to help this client out, she did not want to do any of them, she just wanted to drop the vehicle off at the dealership, which she did. Morrey Mazda told her that this is not the solution, as the bank has the loan on the car and will require payments or they will send her file to a collection agency, which is what has happened.

Morrey Mazda is successful in having great Customer Satisfaction scores, as you can see by our 4.6 stars on 550 ****** reviews. If you read through some of those reviews, you will get a good feeling about how Morrey Mazda does business the right way.

              Thank you.

I am rejecting this response because:

              Sincerely,

BBB, I have sent you the picture of the only two papers that the broker agent show me. I would like you to ask the dealership if is that the right way to sale a car with two single papers, and creating confusion for the buyer that doesn’t know the right way to purchase a car. I was trusting the dealership, thinking they will give me all documents that I need to read before I sign such as terms and conditions of the bank and disclosure statement. Don’t you think I have the right to know the conditions of the bank. what about if a Disagree with the conditions and terms, I wouldn’t no sign or realizing how much a maturity the car it’s going to cost me. I know it says on the purchase agreement the percentage and the price of the car but I did not have a Calculator with me to see the full amount at maturity, I thought the dealership or the broker agent will show me on paper because they have the access to the computer and it’s easy for them to just show me. The car smell fuel while driving and they did check the car at the car dealership after a week I purchased and they cannot find anything, and the fact that they can find anything makes me really worried because I smell fuel couple times, therefore I cannot drive the car. I’m not gonna take the car to another mechanic it doesn’t make sense for me to spend more money that I was already -$60,000. Yes, the bank will repossess the car is true. But the bank will damage my credit history, I am not going to be able to get a loan for 7 years, I want to clean that and I want my $500 (five hundred dollars deposit) that is what I want. I do not take they offer of purchasing another car because they will give me %6.7.. interest even though I wa going to put $27,000. That my son was going to lend me. And week later the broker agent called me and left a message offering a better “deal” of %3.7. **** *** **** ******* **** **** **** **** *** ****** ** ********* *** *** ********* **** ******** **** **** *** I am honest person I am never thinking someone wants to take advantage of me I trust people but after this experience it just created a very insecure environment, when something like that happens to you you’re vulnerable you don’t feel safe and I honestly don’t want anybody to feel like that. * **** **** * *** ****** *** *******. * **** *** ******** ***** ** **** ****** *** ** **** **** ** **** *** ***** *** ** **** ****** ** ******** ***** *******
I want my $500 and clean credit history because I need to purchase a car but not from them. Thank you.

We can supply you with the documents you signed to purchase the vehicle. Please contact our Senior Finance Manager Elisha for them. The client has been given the documents as well, the client is always shown the documents to read before signing and then given copies to keep after signing.

The bank has already sent someone to pick up the clients vehicle so it is now up to the client to deal with the bank regarding the credit bureau ratings.

Morrey did always offer the subsidized finance rate if the client chose a new Mazda.

There isn't anything else Morrey can offer that we haven't already.
