We ordered a new Chevy Bolt EV in '2022. At the time we confirmed with the sales associate that should charger rebates not be available by the time we picked up the car, they would cover the current charger rebates and incentives. Unfortunately the $600 charger rebate from BC Hydro is no longer available and I contacted the dealership July 4th to have them cover that amount. They did not get back to me until July 21 when they told me that the sales person 'didnt mean BC Hydro' and only meant the Chevy charger rebate. I spoke to ***** General Manager Pacific Chev., at 2:40pm over the phone. He told me that there is nothing he can do, and wont assist or cover the $600 in any way. This was not what was discussed and I'd like the dealer/sales person/chevy to cover the $600 that we now cant get despite doing everything that we could to get the car, and charger as soon as we could.Customer response

I've been contacted by the dealership and QMERIT Canada, after deferring blame back and forth, I've been promised $600 (the grant amounts promised) by next week (week of Aug 27, 2023). I will update if the payment is received.
