          Advertising Review
          On December 5, 2022, BBB asked the business to substantiate the following claim appearing in online advertising and on Facebook.  BBB's Code of Advertising requires advertisers to be prepared to substantiate such claims through proof of insurance and certification or modify to include the name of the insurer, to provide photos of labels of each biodegradable cleaning product that they use in their business and clarification on how the discount applies. The business did not respond to BBB’s request for revisions and clarification in its advertising. BBB is awaiting the business’ reply.
