I received a $250 gift card with no expiry date in 2017. Due to family circumstances at the time, I was unable to book an experience, then the COVID-19 pandemic and restrictions set in further prohibiting many of these experiences from occurring. There was no notification of this business closing and there is no contact information available to reach this business. I would like a refund.Initial Complaint

I had purchased $1100 worth of gift vouchers for perfect day activities and experiences through the company perfectday.ca There was to be no expiration date and the vouchers could be used at any date. I recently went to claim the vouchers and the company has ceased operations. The website and contact numbers no longer work. At no time was I contacted to notify me of the closure or offered a refund. Ultimately, this turned out to be a large **** and I lost $1100 to theft by this company. At this time I am seeking legal means to pursue the owners of this company unless contacted directly in a timely manner.Initial Complaint

Purchased a standup paddle boarding experience in 2019. Attempted to contact multiple times during 2020 to book the experience or get extension on expiry date due to the pandemic. Was unaware that the company went out of business until now. Would like a refund.
