      Ai ordered an outfit for a 3-6 month old and never received it. I text the company and told them that I had never received it and they gave me a really long delivery number and I looked it up and there was no such thing. I never got my money it’s just a ****.

      I have also attached a copy of the shipping label showing the recipient and address. Unfortunately, it is now very late, but we would generally suggest to ask neighbors or check with the post office.

      On May 16, 2023, I made a purchase of a product. It didn't take long for me to realize that I had significantly overpaid for the item, as other vendors were selling it at a much lower price. It became evident that something was amiss, prompting me to contact both the company and ****** to request a refund for my order. At this point, I grew increasingly certain that I had ****** ****** ** * ****, ********** ***** *********** ******** ******** ******* **** ****** *** *** ***** ******** ***** ********** ******.Upon reaching out, I received a suspicious email response stating that the company would gladly put my order on hold but outright refused to provide a refund. Since then, they have ceased responding to my emails requesting a refund, clearly demonstrating their lack of intention to ship the order.

      Hi Chase, 

      Your order was refunded earlier today. You opened a case with ****** claiming that the transaction was unauthorized. ****** sided with us as it was evident that you made the purchase yourself. The order/money was on hold while ****** was deciding on the case. Since they returned the money to us, we were now able to refund you.

      I placed an online order on January 20th, 2023. I received a confirmation of this order the same day via email. On 1/24/23, I was sent another email informing me that all of my items had shipped. Only part of my order (3 out of 5 items) was delivered on 1/30/23. After waiting a few days to see if there was an issue with the *** delivery, I reached out to the company on 2/3/23 to inquire about the rest of my order. Only then did they respond that the remaining items were out of stock and they were not sure when they would be in stock again. It seemed that they would have been content to keep my money without sending me the items or informing me that they were out of stock.

      I placed an order with Hazel and Bo on Jan 2, 2023 in the amount of $221.50. I monitor tracking notifications on orders I place with **** so I know when things arrive. On **** and their site, it shows that every item from this order was delivered but I did not receive 2 items totaling to the amount of $45.90. I have emailed them and not heard back.       I purchased from them on 1/17 since I have newborn I didn’t realize I never received a confirmation email until 1/26. I emailed after hours that evening to their support email. I also emailed two more times on 1/27 and messaged on ********* with no response. They are currently committing theft by not shipping my item or issuing a refund. If I do not hear from them on 1/30 I will be disputing the charges with my bank.

      We responded to all the customers emails, she should have also received a confirmation email and a shipping notification to the email address provided and her order was shipped and delivered with **** tracking number ************************** on Feb 1, within the 2-3 weeks delivery time estimate.

      Hi ******, I am sorry to hear you never received the order. I just checked on it and it was delivered on June 8, 2022. *** *** ***** ** **** ************************************************************************************

       

      However, looking at the address you entered, I noticed their are what appears to be two unit numbers.

      You should be able to see what you entered as the shipping address in your confirmation email. I am not sure which one is correct and if maybe it was delivered to the incorrect one?

      I am rejecting this response because: This package was not received.  The address listed is correct .  **** ****** **** * ****.  **** **** ** ** ** **** ****.  The mail goes to a central location for that park and my daughter distributes the mail to each unit.  This package should have been insured and should be replaced.  At this point, I dont even know what size the sweater was that I ordered.  I will also email at ************** regarding this.

      Ok, I understand and I am sorry that the package did not arrive. I don't know what exactly happened to it as it says it was delivered, however your daughter did not receive it and I just assumed that maybe having multiple numbers that seems like unit numbers might have caused the issue, but maybe whatever happened is completely unrelated. 

      We have received your email at our support team and a replacement is being shipped out to your daughter. Hopefully this time all goes well and she will receive it without any problems.

I have no way to track anything now. Its like I never placed the order but they took my money. This def sounds like sone kind of ***** I meed some help getting through to this company.       I placed an order on March 9th and it was indicated that shipping would be 2 weeks. This was fine as I required it on April 10th as a gift. On March 24th I had not received a tracking number and wrote to ask to have the order canceled as it was not likely to arrive in time. They ignored that request and said they would check on the status of the order. I repeated that if it could not arrive on time that it was useless to check on the status unless they were able to send it by another method that would allow it to arrive on time. I then received a notice with a shipping confirmation. The tracking indicates it could arrive April 12-17 but that, based on the past 60 days of tracking, it was likely to take longer. Even if it arrived on the 12th it will be too late. I just want a refund. I will return the items when they arrive but I now need to purchase a new gift elsewhere.
