In September 2023 I was involved I a car accident. I since then have been involved with **** and works being conducted at the Schultz Craftsman on Queensway. The shop has left my truck unlocked, window down exposing the interior to weather related damages to my trucks interior. I brought my observation forward to the shop, not action was take. A month later it remained in the same condition. In addition to the window issue other damages have happened while in the care of the shop (not from the accident) they claim putting all onus on me to prove otherwise. The interior damage due to the shops neglect was not immediately addressed and 5 months later still remains the same. The shop even trying to return the vehicle to me in that condition. Newly reported to me today was an addition mechanical issue that is placed back to me to prove it was from the accident. This shop has been neglectful in the treatment of my personal property, responsible for damages and unwilling to take ownership. **** has not been holding the shop responsible for their actions and has been unwilling to communicate with me about resolving the issues. I have been waiting 5 months for time delays, excuses while experiencing hardships, and not to see my personal belongings have been treated the way they have with no accountability. The manager has not held employees accountable, the **** adjuster is not holding the shop accountable. I am in a position where I am the only one advocating for my personal property while **** and the shop are not being held to any standard. Without appropriate resolution this will be concluded in the courts.Customer response

If I revise my request for compensation with this complaint does this prevent me from perusing compensation by other means.?
I recently was contacted about my vehicle being complete I was presented my vehicle it was unfit to be on the road but claimed to have been repaired. This could have put me and my family at risk to both health and safety. I noticed issues very early and took it to another shop for assessment. Many issues came from a basic inspection.
