I purchased a van from **** last year. Traded my 60k suv for a 28k van. Suv was fully loaded and they sold it for 55k later on. When the van was delivered, it was damaged. I asked for my suv back asap, half an hour later. They said no and suggested I try and do a application for another trade. They promised to fix the front bumper because the driver damaged it as she was delivering it. Still no repairs made. I've been calling, emailing and texting. I'm just told they will get back to me. The van is very basic, absolutely nothing in it. My suv was newer and fully loaded, worth alot more then the van.Initial Complaint

I purchased a vehicle in May & it has had mechanical issues since 3 weeks of purchase. **** has “tried” fixing the issue but we are still having the same issue after a few repairs and now fords saying it’s normal. The issue happening is not normal and I didn’t spent 90,000$ to end up with a piece of garbage vehicle they promised was safe and reliable. They need to change their customer service, and actually sell reliable vehicles and not ones you spend thousands on to not work. Their practice is disheartening.
