On Saturday we rented a SUV limo, with Paxton Shuttle/Royal Rose *********** Fast forward 3 days and I get a call today from ********************. He claimed we trashed his limo, and went into details stating that the stereo system was hanging off the wall, that we destroyed the roof, and stained the entire roof by popping champagne bottles. I was in shock as non of what he was saying was true at all. We had 11 people in the limo and multiple sober people, all of which can vouch that no damage was done. I asked **** to send me photos of all the damage, he declined. I then asked to see it in person, he agreed. I went to his shop to look at the damage. Upon looking at the limo, there was no damage that he stated there was while on the phone. I asked to see the stereo that was hanging off the wall, he states that he fixed it already. He continued to try and show me the stains on the roof which I told him again, we didnt cause. I took photos of the stains, and asked to see any photos he took of the other damages. He then showed me a photo of the stains on his phone, and a picture of a perfectly good stereo. After all of this I told him that none of this damage we caused, and that this was not 200$ worth of damages. He didnt agree and said he will be taking my damage deposit. I then again asked him to send me his photos via email, and he told me he wouldnt send anything to do with alcohol over email, as its illegal for him to let customers drink in his limo. I informed him that this was very shady, and then he became very hostile.He started going off about how I couldnt take this to the cops, because he would lose his license. Before leaving I told him I would be in contact, and it wasnt my problem that he is doing something illegal. To which he replied that he would make it my problem. After this interaction it only took me a matter of minutes to discover **** has been doing this for years and years. There are countless complaints and reviews with same experiencBusiness response
