I made a purchase online on September 2nd 2023. The company says the item will be shipped within 2-3 days. After purchasing I also received an email stating my item would be shipped with 2-3 days. As of today the 12th, the item is listed as still not shipped with no other explanation. I am requesting a refund as this item has not been received and see that they have a $20 refund charge. How can i be charged for something never shipped nor received by me.Initial Complaint

I ordered 4 items of clothing from Moon Mogul for a total of $256.96 USD. The quality and the fit were terrible. I attempted to return the items the day that I received them and found that there is no return option, only an option for a store credit refund. The fit and quality of these clothes was well below anyone's standard. I should have the right to return the items if they fit poorly, they are not custom order or tailored. If I had any idea on how poor the fit and tailoring would be, I would have never ordered them. ** ** ******** to have no return policy. Right after I submitted my order, I received discount codes for a second order at 30% off. I now understand why, since there is no return/refund policy, ** *** ** ******* ** *** ** ** ******** **** ***** ****** *** ***** ***** **** ******** and I could see the poor quality and be stuck with more items that I could not return. This is a very underhanded business process.
