However, this timeline has been delayed by nearly a year.Throughout the past year, the developer has revised the Disclosure Statement twice and issued formal inspection/move-in notices on two occasions, yet they have failed to adhere strictly to the timelines provided. Despite my repeated inquiries into the reasons for the delays, I have been informed that inefficiencies in the **************** and ** ***************** are to blame. To verify this, I personally contacted the City and ** Hydro offices, and the situation appears to be inconsistent with the developer's claims.I understand that the ************** is committed to efficiently addressing residents' housing issues. However, the actions of the developer seem contrary to this principle. The consistently misleading information provided by the developer has resulted in strong dissatisfaction among buyers and a series of complications. If possible, I would appreciate it if the relevant authorities could conduct an investigation and provide oversight.I am unclear about the underlying issues, but the developer's repeated excuses have caused significant inconvenience and discomfort.
