When the garage door spring broke I knew I needed to find a "guy" to replace it and its partner promptly. The door is very heavy and cannot be moved without springs. Thank you for your prompt and professional service. *****, technician, installed a garage door opener at my home. He described the whole process thoroughly, and on completion patiently explained the remote operation of the opener. The whole process was 'painless' .......from my initial contact with Comfort Doors to the completion of ******* same day installation! Quick response time — there when we needed them most. They did a great job of showing us what caused our old garage door to fail, and talked through multiple options, with the pros and cons of each. Then they helped us secure our garage over night, and installed a fabulous new one early the next morning. Not only that, but he took the time to show us how to take care of the mechanism & parts, and what to do if the power ever went out, say, during a storm. Finally, they went over the warranty and invited us to call if we had any questions or problems. Now, all of THAT was exceptional, but best of all, they took care when they had to move our stuff inside and outside of our garage. IMO, that’s really rare. I’d recommend them in a heartbeat — we’re lucky to have such keen and fast but careful service in New West!Comfort Garage & Doors Inc. Response

My Garage motor was fixed today. The technician is professional he knows what need to fix and make my garage awesome and quiet when its open and close. He will also explained with all the details he worked on and suggested on how to take care of the rollers of my garage. I high recommended this company to others.
