My family paid the amount $451.50 in USD to this company in August 10th, 2021 to send eight packages to Shanghai thru sea shipping, and at the time they mentioned that it was a bit slow but they said the items would definitely be delivered in winter time. And then from October we had been contacting for updates since they never intentionally got back to us on what was going on. (This company consistently changes their staff so their information is so confusing and disorganized) Until December I contacted them again, the person said I had not paid. I was shocked and then I provided them the proof of payment below. And a few days later, one person told me it was shipped as early as the end of October while the other person said it’s just shipped and will reach Shanghai by the end of January 2022. That person mentioned the custom clearance would probably take long because it is around Chinese new year. Meanwhile they are never able to provide proof of shipment of any sort. Until recently, my father said he still has not received anything, I contacted them from the beginning of March til now, they just keep postponing giving us any accurate respond by saying their colleague in China will contact my dad directly. But they never did! And they always dismiss my request to get the contact info of their colleague in China, So basically they keep us waiting all the time!! And we do suspect probably our items are not even shipped or they could be lost! This company is absolutely a disaster. It’s been 8 months already we have not got our package delivered!
