      I have used Trail in the past with no issues but I bought a washer/combo recently and the delivery was awful (not the individual delivery people who were lovely but the back office/checkers getting right was was needed). Took them four attempts. All the while me having take time off to be home to meet them in their three hour - read six hour window. They promised to refund delivery fees and forgot. Still havent seen the return of fees. Ive NEVER written a negative review about anything in my life but this deserves it.

      I’d like to share my recent very positive experience with Trail Appliances located in Langford. This is the second time I choose this store for replacing my kitchen appliances. In 2022, I bought a dish washer from them and just recently I purchased a new electric range. I highly recommend working with this store (especially with Clint ******, Product Specialist, and Eric ******, Sales Manager) not only to receive great and timely services, but also to find an ideal appliance that meets your individual needs. Clint was extremely knowledgeable in selecting several options against special requirements for me to choose from. He was able to find additional information to answer not so obvious questions about these appliances. He was also punctual for a follow-up visit and kept communicating about the status of my order. In addition, Eric was able to arrange some very competitive deals for me, which was greatly appreciated. Delivery was a breeze: scheduled to accommodate my request (deliver before Easter), on time and very professional. A bonus was a disposal of my old range, which made a switch seamless. I guess, when time comes to replace a fridge, it will be no brainer where to go. One observation is that while shopping around, I’ve visited several stores, and Trail Appliances was the busiest one on two stops there for this specific order, which to me indicates the level of trust people have in this store in Langford.

      As a first time customer here i was hoping for a good experience. But when it came to the installation of my washer dryer i was met by 2 *********** workers who didnt attempt to do the job. And asked to to hire a plumber to do the job for them and i still get charged for the installation. as them getting me to get a plumber to do part of the job for them they should be on the hook for it, not me. (they said it was because of a liability they couldn't do it) the plumber informed me that it looks like no effort was even attempted as it only took him a pair of pliers and one twist to do the job. and said nothing was wrong and it was a job that he shouldn't have been called for.

      I can't provide enough superlatives to describe my experience with *********************************!Right from the moment we walked into the showroom, she projected vast knowledge in our discussion about the products I wanted to purchase - Fridge, Stove, Dishwasher, Wine Fridge, and Microwave. She didn't treat my questions as being silly or uninformed and was able to provide a clear picture of the best features of each of the appliances. Undoubtedly, ******** far surpassed my expectations of service and downright friendliness along with her experience which was so noticeable. She will definitely be my go-to appliance person when I need to replace my washer/dryer. I will also be passing on the word about ******** to all my friends and clients.       We live on Condo/Town house development on the North Shore with 110 units and many of have used Trail Appliances in the past. One owner had a delivery mid January that has made us think twice about using them again.The Delivery vehicle (******) reversed into one of our street lamps twice by accident.When the owner pointed out he had witnessed the damage to the driver. The driver denied he had hit the lamp and bent it, even though the owner witnessed it.We now have a bent post with two marks at the same height as a 5 ton truck tailgate.Disappointing especially when service Centre Manager will not do the right thing unless we have photographic evidence.

      Recently, we purchased an ** washer dryer tower. From purchase through to delivery, service was 5 stars! Beginning with our customer specialist, *****************, who was very helpful, knowledgeable and not the least bit pushy, something I really appreciate. She stayed in touch with me, keeping me up-to-date on what was happening with my appliance. As far as delivery, the two young men who installed the tower (***** and *****) were courteous, polite and knew exactly what they were doing. My personal experience with the above mentioned people was very pleasant, I would not hesitate to recommend ***** to a friend who was shopping for a new appliance. *************

      Extremely disappointed in the service, had a water filter system installed for 3000$ and when the guy left that night it was leaking, called the store and they claimed it was my fault ????? I had 2 plumbers come by and they said the job was terrible, we had 2 lines replaced amongst a pipe cut and reinstalled, all on our dime, NEVER AGAIN will I purchase from there, ** *** **** ******** ** ** * **** ******* ****** *** *** * ***** **** **** and once they have your money basically it's SEE YOU LATER

      I purchased a dishwasher from Trail Appliance, it was a previous return and the sales guy recommended I buy the unit to save a little money and there was no difference as to quality or warranty.I purchased it for my cabin in the Okanagan. Upon installation I realized that it wasn't working so I contacted my sales rep from Trail Appliance. He said there were no technicians in the area and that I was probably overlooking something in the instal. I hired a local electrician to come look, he couldn't figure it out. So I hired the local plumber, also couldn't figure it out. I was finally able to get an appliance technician to come out, he diagnosed it being a lock in the control panel that couldn't be unlocked and was likely why it was returned by the first buyer and not fixed then re-sold to me. I sent an email explaining this to my sales rep to which he didn't reply. I called and left him a message, again no reply. So I packed up the dishwasher and took it back to Richmond. They refused to honour the warranty as it wasn't diagnosed by a Trail Appliance tech. I would never shop with them again.
