      Per your email response requesting that I update the resolution sought, I wish to update my resolution to BILLING ADJUSTMENT, as I believe it is the most adequate, considering the circumstances of my complaint.

      * ** * ********** ********* I relocated to BC from NS for work. My moving company lost several items and refuse to acknowledge them let alone reimburse and claim a deductible. I want my bed frame, bike, gym equipment and other smaller handheld tools to be found, if not, paid for as I have had to buy a new bed while waiting for them.

      I moved in February, I paid them on March 7th 2022. I purchased their basic insurance, 500 plus $0.6/lb. I do not have the original invoice in hand .

      Me and my husband used this moving company for our move from B.C to Edmonton. During the move the guaranteed is nothing would happen to our belongings because they rapped everything. When our items arrived our T.V screen has a huge crack in the right hand corner running down across the whole t.v. Out items arrived December 29th. As soon as we realized the damage we’ve been trying to reach out to ADAM J. he’s the one who we’ve been dealing with but nothing is being done. We’ve sent multiple emails have called multiple times. There are even time when we call and they hear that it’s us they disconnected the line. We want to be reimbursed for our T.V. And want this matter handled. This company is completely inconsiderate and bluntly rude to there customers.

      I had booked my move with this company( Order no *****) , Move happened from Calgary to Surry . My stuff was loaded on October 10th ,2021 from Calgary and was delivered on 11th of November 2021. During the move we were delivered a box that did not belonged to us and lot of our stuff was missing from consignment ( one table, on small box , broken coffee table, one inflatable boat not delivered ). I had paid all the amount in full before delivery as per their terms. I wrote to them on Nov 12th , 2021 . Nov 19th, 2021 . Dec 4th, 2021 . Dec 8th, 2021 . Dec 18th , 2021 . Jan 16th , 2022. But unfortunately I have not received any reply from them. I tried calling them multiple times on there number (1*** *** ****) but no one answered the call. I am seeking my missing stuff from my consignment and compensation for damages.

      ***A disaster Prompt to make a deal but slow or non-existent customer service for the month following. The movers showed up late and appeared at 10:30 pm to move my apartment worth of effects. They didn’t know they were moving an apartment of furniture. Thought they were just grabbing a box despite my full report prior. Afterwards, They wouldn’t give me final price over email or phone and kept saying they would have billings call me, but no one reached out. Rarely answered emails or phone, so over 3 weeks after picking up items when they claimed it could be up to two weeks, they offered delivery, but could not get items from truck without paying in advance. Would have been nice to know prior what it would actually cost. Price was above promised for weight Delivered broken items. Carelessly dragged and broke furniture. Busted open boxes. Didn’t deliver the boxspring for my queen bed. Movers were complaining and insisting on a tip for all the work. Left furniture outside in the rain, on the deck and the lawn. When I reached out to find out about my boxspring, despite being polite, they repeatedly hung up the phone on me. Even once, picking it up only long enough to slam it down. Said they would call back but never did…. Absolute nightmare…

      The company was to move my condo from Toronto to Calgary. They estimated 2 weeks and $1,100. They arrived in one month and charged 70% more than they quoted, which I had to pay BEFORE receiving my things. 4/50 boxes never arrived and several of my things were completely destroyed. They have not responded to either the missing items or compensation for destroyed property.

      On 17th August 2021, booked moving service to move from Edmonton to Toronto, picked up 5 suitcases, 2 duffel bags and 7 boxes on 21st August 2021. Estimated delivery was 2 weeks, but received delivery on 22nd September 2021. Missing 2 boxes (Box #***, #***) One of the box contains PC (worth $4000), 2 keyboards, 2 mouse, oculus quest (VR headset), fan and a projector and the other box contains food and laptop stand. They claim to be looking for missing boxes but have not seen any indication of effort. **** ** ** *************** ****** *** ******* ******** ** **** ************************************ They tried to resolve and finalize the claim by offering $150. We want them to replace all lost items or deliver the boxes.
