The drivers messed up all the buttons and had everything cranked up and on. INCLUDING MY PART TIME 4 WHEEL DRIVE. Drove my less than 25,000km truck in 4 Hi on DRY pavement. When I confronted them they just passed blame on to me, saying I did it. But you have to be in DRIVE to fully activate the part time 4x4. I had physically just received the truck not even 5 minutes prior and had not left the spot where they left it for me! So they turned in on with everything else, left it on and then drove it in 4x4. Causing unnecessary premature wear & tear to my truck, and damage that I now have to get checked out. The gas tank is also much lower considering they "barely moved it." *** **** ****** ****** ** * ***** ******* ** ** ******** ** *** ******** *** **** ** *** ********* * ********** ***** **** ** ******* The truck that's not even 2 years old, has less than 25,000km, that was just in for its routine maintenance not even 3 weeks prior to leaving it with them. On top of it all, When I got home, I also discovered a new scuff on the back of one of my side mirrors. I'll speaking with **** & bringing it in to a mechanic.

Sorry to hear about your last stay with us. Do you know the names of the staff you spoke with that day? Any did you ask to speak with a Manager and if so who did you speak with? If you could also kindly provide a reference number for your stay (located on your receipt) or a license plate number so I would be able to look up your stay, comments on file, review video footage of the incident and your vehicle and then be in a position to respond and address your concerns. We are also just a phone call away to help address any issues anyone has and we have Managers on site from 0600-0130 7 days a week.
