    On March 21, 2004, I ordered 10 popup rotors and was shipped 'PREVIOUSLY USED' items.Ordered (order ******) the rotors, and when received I inspected one and determined that it wasn't suitable or as expected. Arranged for a 'Return' and Refund. Shipped the rotors back on March 27th. Product was received by the Vendor.April 1st, received email stating that the returned items were 'USED', and therefore could not be returned. No action after this. Vendor also included photos of 'Rotors' showing obvious previous use.PlumbingOnline.ca purposefully sent me USED parts in the first place. When I opened the package, I inspected one item - not all of them. How dare they send me Used items and then refuse to accept return of them? This is unethetical and amounts to theft.I had the Rotors for 2 days before retuning. In no way did I return items that were used by ME. How could I get 10 items of a currently stocked item? My rotors in use are ***** years old, and do not match the make and model number of what was shipped. They either shipped me Used parts, or doctored the photos to show old stock.I want them to honor the Refund Request.

    If I could lower than one start I would. I ordered a sink "****** ****** ******* * * Bowl Metallic Grey" for $550.30. This company had a return policy that states buy will have to pay outbound and return fees when requesting a return within 30 days. I was charged with a total $532.02 for a return leaving me with $8.24. These return fees *********, and no reasonable person would expect to pay this high of a fee when returning any product. If I had know prior to the purchase that this would be the cost I would of not orderd the sink to begin with. When I read the policy I expected that if I needed to return the sink there would be a fee of $50+/- as would be typical for a return of this size. I calculated an estimate of $37.02 from my home to your warehouse location on ***** and a restocking fee of %15 which would of been approximately $82.5. I am not asking for these prices, only highlighting my definition of predatory fees for the return. I have offered to exchange it for another product which was declined and to bring the sink to their warehouse, they still were charging me the outbound fee -- which is in their policy -- at the cost of $271.01.Thanks. I wont be returning.
