      1. October 25, 2022 - Missing parcel valued at $215 CAD. Property manager has confirmed the courier left it at an unattended desk, however, will not confirm it was ****** (although they have access to cameras) and will not confirm why the parcel was written down in the concierge book as received. 2. October 31, 2021 - My purse was ****** from my work with my driver's license, credit cards, FOB, etc. I notified the building that the criminal had access to my FOB and address and they couldn't deactivate the FOB for almost 24 hours. I spent the night in a hotel that night as I was too scared to stay in my apartment when someone had access to the unit. Not one person from the business reached out to resolve this, I am only bringing it up again due to Incident #1 just to further prove my point that this business' effort to resolve issues is incredibly poor.

      This is in response to the Customer’s Statement of the Problem.
      1. Based on what we heard from Alex, our Resident Manager, the parcel was left by the parcel delivery man at the front Concierge desk whilst the Concierge was away from the desk. The parcel went missing shortly thereafter. We are checking security camera footage to try and determine what happened but clearly the fault lies with the parcel delivery company which negligently left the parcel based upon what we know about this.
      2. Based on the specific circumstances at the time, your ****** fob was deactivated from the building security system as expeditiously as possible. ...

      Missing Parcel


      After multiple attempts to get this question answered, I still have not received an answer as to why there were two parcels written down for ***** ******* in the concierge book for October 25th. Management just keeps repeating the parcel was left at an unattended desk, which I understand, and will not provide any other information.

      Not really an answer, nonetheless, unacceptable to have no one to deactivate a FOB for almost 24 hours – reflection of very poor building management.
