              My parents recently had a very disappointing experience with ***************** from Sutton Seafair Realty during a negotiation for a property in ********, ** (MLS R2902547). Despite clearly communicating our financial limit of CAD ********* and providing all necessary documentation, the agent countered with CAD ********* without any explanation. This response is disrespectful of our situation, and we felt insulted.If this property is sold for less than CAD *********, we would feel that we were treated unfairly. Furthermore, I believe there may have been discrimination involved, as this experience left us feeling marginalized as Asian buyers.I also spoke with the manager, *************************, about our concerns. Unfortunately, instead of addressing them, he became defensive, especially when I mentioned feeling discriminated against. His reaction only reinforced my concerns.In conclusion, I caution everyone to be careful when dealing the agents with this company.
