The new location of the marinas swim school in ************** is literally someones private swimming pool, with only 1 bathroom/shower, which is not a proper set up for a swimming facility. Nowhere on the flyer states the location of the pool and no one informed me about the pool condition before I paid. After requesting a refund, the company refuses to take any responsibility by saying we are sorry that the facility is not what you expected and completely ignored my complaint about misleading the clients by omitting information in their flyer including class time and facility information. One more concern I had was that the swimming instructor was just giving verbal instructions outside of the swimming pool, fully dressed in T-shirt and long pants with no intention of teaching in the pool.Review from Charlette G

Don’t recommend it. My son has been sick and unable to make it to 2 of the classes(It’s 39.50+tax per class). I was told $15 needs to be paid for makeup classes, however, since it’s the end of the winter session I was told I was unable to reschedule - I wasn’t informed this when we registered. So, my only option is to bring my son in sick to get my money’s worth? And when my husband called to ask when we can reschedule everything is full?
