            I booked the ****** toor package including ******, excursion and tickets with Princess ****** company through Ucruising travel agency with departure date on Feb 8 2024. Unfortunately the trip had to be cancelled due to the Sun Princess not yet ready to sea. I just got the refund for ****** and excursions but not the air tickets. I found it was unfair because I booked the whole package but I just got part of refund. The travel agent refuse to refund the air tickets cost$3200. I hope your office can help me to solve this problem

            We booked the Feb. 08, 2024 Sun Princess inaugural cruise which was canceled 2 weeks prior to sail date. Even though ******** gave us full refund of the cruise only, but the airfare $3750 from ****** to Europe & back was not. And UCruising refused to pick up the bill. Our booking of the Sun Princess was a response to UCruising Travels advertisement selling the whole package at a single pricing, which included round trip airfare from ****** to ******. As consumers we naturally pay the travel agent and trust it would allocate all the different payments to related vendors accordingly. We are not getting involved as which money goes to which & where; thats what travel agents are for. Now that the whole tour package collapsed, its the travel agent who collected our payment in the first place should refund the full amount we paid. Its not our job to go after different organizations to seek compensation. Thats why we are holding UCruising Travel responsible to fully refund us our airfare of Cdn$3750.
