      This business has been terrible at communication. We had prepaid 4 furnace install at our office in ******* in 2021. 3 were completed behind schedule but done. 4th has still not been installed and is remains outstanding from November 2021! Offered to return funds on last furnace but doesnt respond to calls or texts.

      On Aug 13 2022, the company came to my house to install a mini-spit AC system. After the installation was done and they left, we noticed that the mini-split system was not working correctly. In order to have the AC on we must turn on all heads or else we just get warm air. This is not how a mini-split system is supposed to work. You are supposed to be able to control individual units without affecting the performance of the other units. Some of the units stop blowing cold air after 2 hours. There is something wrong with how the system is installed. WE have tried to contact the supplier and they won't come back to fix the issue.

      Hi,

       

      Builder for this job who had contracted us in the past for the work, he himself told us that we do not need to offer any more maintenance services for free. We offer one year warranty on our installs and have already performed two service calls in the past. Both service calls resulted to have problems arising from having dirty filters and I have text messages sent to the owner as an evidence where I disclosed the above to her. At the most recent contact attempt made by the owner, I have simply told her I am happy to send my crew back to the site and perform another service on the unit but there is going to be a charge associated which she clearly not willing to pay. Upon asking for a pre authorize payment prior to the trip, I was simply denied and rest is history.

       

      If the owner is willing to make a prepayment for the trip, I am happy to send my guys back to perform servicing on the unit.

      I am rejecting this response because: I have never been contacted about a pre authorization and your company has not been back since Karan installed the system.  If you have proof of the messages please provide the contact number as I can assure you that we are not the same people you are referring to.  **** ********** *** ***** **** *** ****** **** **** ******* *** * ***** ****** ** *** ********* *********  You have installed my system incorrectly and are refusing to fix it.  The situation you are referring to is not us.  Please check your records.  All I am asking is that you return and fix the system so it works the way it should.  It’s not a filter iusse.  I would be happy to get on a call with you in order to get this situation resolved

      I am not sure If I am writing to the same person I talk to over the phone yesterday regarding this matter, but yes, In my previous reply I had mistakenly thought of this matter related to another job of mine, however, if you are the same person who called me on my cell and did speak to me, then please provide details of our phone conversation here, and if not, can you provide proof of hiring us and proof on paying us in any form us for any of our services? If you are requesting us for our service, we must have some sort of work contract, so kindly provide details on that before we proceed any further.
