A technician went to my place to fix my Fridge, they charged me $626 and told me that all was ok now, and that they needed to change the control unit. I paid them right away and check the Fridge. I immediately notice that it was not cooling. The tech told me, dont worry it will start cooling in a few hrs and just left. Since then ( yesterday) the fridge simply doesnt work, its not cooling at all. I called the owner of this company and he simply told me I dont have time to deal with you. At this point I need to have a full refund. I feel I was scammed.Customer response

June 6, 2022 - ASAP REPAIR came to do a diagnostic on my dishwasher that was not draining. When they arrive the unit had drained however I wanted a service technician to ensure it was functioning properly. The service tech too the spray handle apart to check if there was any debris that would be stopping the dishwasher from draining. I had already checked up before calling a service tech, however he confirmed there was no debris. He did not run a cycle to ensure the water was draining or check the water line. He assured me the dishwasher was working fine and there was no problem. June 16 the technician was re-scheduled to come back because the dishwasher was not draining, again. I contacted the service tech to let him know the water drained. He said he could not fix it if it’s working. I July 23 - contacted him July because the dishwasher was still not draining. The response was that he would contact me on Monday. -No response. July 27 I contacted the service tech to schedule an appointment. July 28 - service tech confirmed appointment for July 29th in the morning he would service the dishwasher. August 2nd - contact service tech. No response. August 3rd - called main line to ASAP repairs and they told me to try contacting the service tech, again. - contacted the service tech, scheduled an appointment for Friday August 5 between 9-11am Received an email confirmation of appointment. August 9 - 9am received a text that the service tech was enroute. -10:15am received a text that the appointment has been cancelled because they no longer have the part to device my dishwasher. Contacted the service tech - no answer. Called ASAP main line 3 times - no answer. Left voicemail. Sent an email requesting a refund as the diagnostic was not done correctly and it’s been over a month now with a faulty dishwasher. I would like to use a different service technician. They will not provide a refund and have not responded to any of my calls.Initial Complaint

We called this company to fix our washing machine. First on March 1st they came once to figure out the issue, came back the next day to “fix” the washing machine. The technician left, we did a load of laundry and there was a new issue. It no longer was leaking but now it shuts off mid cycle. After multiple calls to this company and getting the run around for a number of days we still don’t have a washing machine that works and this company will only say they will “call us back” and never do. They say that the one problem has nothing to do with the other and if we wanted it fixed that would be another fee. They did not finish the job, in fact made things worse and charged us and now won’t contact us or finish what they started.
