      The new owner is terrible. Do not take your vehicle there. He quoted me $370 to install a new fuel assembly which was supposed to include labour because I asked him outright when he quoted this if it included labour and he said yes, and then when I went to pick it up he charged me $570 claiming the part was $370 and the rest labour. So he outright lied about labour being included in the quote. Also the initial problem was not solved and is in fact worse now. When trying to explain another issue with him he could not understand me even though I repeated myself 3 times. He does not appear to have any automotive experience at all and seems to hire apprentices that don't fully know what they are doing. Avoid this place at all cost. It was an expensive ****** for me. Unfortunately they are using the former owner's business name so unaware consumers do not know the company has changed hands. The former owner and mechanics were fantastic, I wish I knew where they went.

      Took my Audi Q7 for an oil change, a plugged rain water drain and a stuck rear seat belt, because it was close to home. (Onyx has a new owner since last year). The "apprentices" working there do not appear to be well trained. Was asked to pay the invoice at closing time, before the work was completed (even though they had the vehicle for five days). I was charged 1.5 hr ($200) labor for the stuck seatbelt which was later found to be still stuck. The work was never done! No inspection done by the owner upon "completion". Took the vehicle back. The owner freed it with a crowbar in 15 minutes. No refund offered for excess charge. Would not take my vehicle there again. Not recommended.

      Hi ***. Thank you for the review. However, I don't think this is fair review for us. First, you brought your car in on Friday afternoon around 4:00pm, but your appointment was in the morning. At that point we don't have time to work on your car the same day. We don't work on the weekend, and we informed you that your car was ready for pick up on Tuesday noon but you showed up just before closing. Second, our apprentice spend more than 2hrs trying to fix your seatbelt by saving you the money to pay for a new latch, and we only charged you 1.5 hrs since it was an apprentice doing the job. You called us the next day about the seatbelt not working, which we asked you to bring back your car on the same day without reservation. While our service manager had other things on his hand, but he took 15 min to help you with it since he didn't wanted you to wait until our next available mechanic was available. If you have any question about the service, feel free to give us a call at ************, we are always happy to answer.
