      It was a good service provided by Access Family Services. My son had the supervised visit with his dad. The supervisor was very responsible and carefully wrote everything in fact in the reports. With their services, there were less complicated issues for both parents and kid.

      inute ferry ride away from *********, and required to find supervision I was comfortable with for my then 14-month-old daughter. The owner at Access Family Services was calm, reassuring, and incredibly patient with me as we arranged for a supervisor to travel from *************** to work with us. She was able to guarantee the availability of a qualified supervisor, even without me prebooking. (I was not in communication with the other party at the time, so ********** was a challenge.)I was really impressed that they had that type of staffing, as most of the other places I contacted seemed to be closed or understaffed.Our supervisor was *****. My daughter was comfortable with her and right away, and she made me feel at ease with her kind, caring, professional demeanor. I'm so grateful for the time she spent with my baby, and the way she really noticed and communicated how my daughter was doing during visits. The reports were objective and detailed.I would highly recommend Access Family Services to anyone needing a trustworthy professional to supervise their child/ children.

      There are not a lot of supervised visits agencies and I was glad that AFS was able to intake me in. They have been accommodating and when there are issues between me and my spouse, they would come up with solutions to help with the situation. AFS always thinks about the interests of the children first and they do not take sides. They will report exactly what they see and fair about it, and don't sugarcoat it. Their reports are more than thorough which I know it will be very useful in courts.

      Thank you for your review. Yes, we work in a field of high conflict and lengthy family litigations that are very taxing on everyone involved. Most of our clients are responsible citizens who are able to understand the process and act with dignity and respect when using our child-safety services to preserve the child-parent bonds while sorting out custody, allegations and other legal issues. However, some of our clients struggle with addictions, grief, depression, anxiety, personality disorders, developmental disabilities (e.g. adult autism), etc. When such struggling clients can't afford a lawyer to guide and help them understand our process and limitations, they often express unrealistic expectations and demands regarding our service. For instance, they ask us to control their opposing party outside of our authority/jurisdiction or they demand that we select/hide/add facts in our reports in order to support their legal goals. Usually, these clients are often emotionally dysregulated, and verbally aggressive, making threats to defame the company and hurt our staff, or trying to blackmail us into serving their legal goals and demands - by claiming they have written proof and audio recordings that incriminate us. We try to work from a trauma-informed perspective and give such struggling clients some space to understand and regulate their inappropriate behaviour, and some of them are eventually able to self-regulate so the service can continue. When we have to terminate our service to them due to continuous dysregulation and inappropriate behaviour, some of them retaliate by harassing us (with defamatory reviews on social media or BBB) for months or years after we terminate service. Since we can not discuss publicly any private information, we can not show evidence to defend ourselves. We also learned the hard way not to respond to slander and defamation, as each time we respond BBB gives them the stand for further comments, and their subsequent reviews only become more malicious, defamatory and dramatic. Readers need to keep in mind that BBB makes defamatory reviews public without verifying if such negative claims are true, and without giving us any chance to disprove the fabrications made against us.

      I am using this agency for last 2 months, they are very professional, accommodating, and helpful in coordinating and arranging the supervised visits with my kid. Owner is helpful in providing suggestions to make visits engaging experience, her supervising staffs are very kind and attentive as well. Reports provided are accurate and fair as well. I would definitely recommend this agency.

      We have been using Access Family for several months now. In the mix of a very high conflict divorce the owner facilitated negotiating and presented several options for visitation that would have never came about otherwise. For that I am very thankful. The visits have been conducted professionally and the supervisor was very attentive. I have been treated with kindness and I would not have seen my child otherwise. The owner has been great at making suggestions of things to do during visits. The reports were very detailed, fair and accurate. They were written in a way that they can be used in court. They included things like what was talked about and what the reaction was to it. Leaving little room for doubt that a parent is engaging with the child. For anyone having problems seeing their children, I would highly recommend Access Family.

      This agency has been very helpful for our family. ****** has always been very professional and ensured the needs of the children were the priority. She and her staff genuinely care about the families they are serving and go out of their way and advocate to ensure the children have the best experience with their parent.       This company is Xtreme my unprofessional and is run by Todica whom will pretend to be a coordinator so when something goes wrong you do not know it is her with her awful communication, ************ ******** ******* ** **** *** ****** ********** and ** *** ***** *** ******** **** **** **** ******* ***** ******* ******** **** ****** ******* *** ******* ** **** *** ********** *********** ****** *** *** *** ** *** ******* ***** I highly advise anyone who does not wish to put their case in jeopardy not to use this service. Her staff quits often so replacement staff is thrown in without proper training or qualifications and then the owner blames the staff for her poor management and training and blames time, culture and other things on her poor managerial skills. Also she will out off your very vital case with her own timeline while on vacation and tell you to wait until she’s back for your paid reports. After she alters them. I have screenshots of conversations with the owner while she refused to tell me who she was because she didn’t want to take accountability for her awful excuses and responses and then refused to return a payment for a false and ******* ***** ******. ******* *** *** *** ** ******* ****** ******* ** ******** ****** ******* *** ********* BEWARE

      I have left the actual photos of our conversation for others to make their own informed decision to whether or not the service was appropriate. The conversation included the owner admitting to altering the reports. The report did not include my initial complaint and the conversation verified my complaint, the owner also making an excuse to why her supervisor was distracting the parent meant to be supervised. I was still in the home while my child managed to crawl to the other side of the home more than once. While they chatted. Owner cited that it was cultural challenges with training staff and this staff mentioned she was new. I expressed happiness with a different supervisor that the owner had told me quit and had the standard they expected but also had no time to develop with staff because of the schedule and lack of employees to suit the roles. I have all of this in text from the owner and I have only made a review about the company once when this happened.*** ** ******** *** ******* ******* ******* ***** *********** *** ******** *** ** ****** ******* I within my right decided that other parents have a right to hear of an experience to judge themselves whether this service is ok for high risk custody cases such as ours was.The fact that the police were called because I left an honest review shows more about the character of the owner.My court ordered reports conveniently left out the part where my son managed to leave the presence of other parent and supervisor numerous times while it was admitted to by the staff who apologized and this staff even mentioned she would put it in the report that she distracted the other parent. *** *** ***** **** ** **** *** ****** ***** ** ***** ** ******** ** * ******* ******* ** **** ****** *** *** ***** ** ** ******** * ****** **** *** ******* ** * *** ***** *** ******** *** **** * ******* *** ***** ****** *** * **** *** ************ **** **** ***** ** ***** None of it was addressed properly and when I tried to discuss this with the owner, she was on vacation, very odd responses, ***** ******** *** ****** ******* *** said she would be changing the report.I have the proof. there is no defamatory statements nor am I slandering the name. * **** **** ** **** * ****** ****** *** *** * ** ***** ******** ** *** ***** ** she is calling my sons father to **** at him and then she has called the police to which the police have let her know she can not harass ** any more for leaving a review.** ** *** *** ******* ****** ***** ********** ** ***** ** *** ********** *** I will happily produce said evidence to any further inquiry ** ********** **** **** ******* as I have already tried to do so and had it removed and claimed as hate speech This is just an honest very important review.       Attempting to belittle me constantly during conversation **** ** ** *** ******* ** * ***** *** *** ****** ** and I am very worried for anyone who uses your services and catches staff on an off day because even what seemed like a good day was full of error. My lawyer would be pleased to entertain this with the proof I have of all that I have said. **** ******* **** *** ***** ****** **** *** *** ********** ***** ****** It is you who doesnt clearly u dtat and the magnitude of trouble should there be further mistakes such as the ones I have experienced and can provide evidence for. Instead of taking this and doing better the company is now showing exactly why others should be aware of what theyre paying for.My report was altered and it was done by the owner after she got back from vacation as I have the whole conversation thread.The mistakes were also admitted to by the supervisor to which I can provide the conversation also,** ** **** *** ******** ** ** **** ***** ** * ****** **** ****** **** ******** ** ****** ****** ** ******** ** ***** **** ******* *** *** *******.I will await your legal team as a counter will absolutely be followed through.

      The report contradicts what I experienced because the owner said she would be reviewing and editing report.Again, nothing I have said is false and it is why I encourage you to have your lawyer contact me. I will gladly share what the owner has written as well as the supervisor who also wrote that she made a mistake and would add it to the report. It was not added. Because it would have looked really bad on the company as well as would have made the report invalid (which it was and it was not used for court because of the errors)I uploaded these conversations to their page and they deleted their review panel all together. I did not get any warning for hate speech as this company claims. They have made false claims, belittled me, called police because I left an honest review and now threaten legal pursuit to which I am happy to share with this legal team.It seems with the responses here that people can see again for themselves how not well the company handles error or critique. The critique comes from a parent who does not wish for any other parent to go through what I have with this experience.Claiming that I have said untrue things will not cover up the fact that what I said is very true and the evidence will show this in court should you continue to deny and threaten me to take my TRUE review down.I will respond every time I see that the company is still responding back and refusing accountability,It is in every single parents right to know another paying customers experience. Whether the company believes it is me who is causing any monetary losses or they just can not understand where they should do better and how the company itself is run. You have my email so please do have your lawyer contact me so I can put to rest this continued harassment and these threats All because I left a review.Tell me, if the service was so good why on earth would I be so upset?       Dear Madame, We can not use private information to respond to you in public, and if you are falsely repeating that you have proof it does not make such proof come into existence. You complained that the second supervisor talked when she was being introduced at the beginning of her first visit, while the previous visit's supervisor hadn't talked at all. The supervisor was polite when you criticized her to her face, and then you were fine with everything again. We have records of you praising both supervisors (which is not reflected in your rating here), and you even requested a third visit. You started making allegations against the company on the day when you were not granted a refund for the service already provided by our staff. On that same day you left a malicious report on social media and copied it to more than one of your profiles. Your review was then deleted by social media from all your profiles as hate speech. The police talked to you to stop harassing us, but you still wrote more false allegations since then. You seem determined to bully our company because the supervisor talked in one of the two visits we ever provided. Our service was not provided to you, but to the other parent, who had absolutely no concern about his visits or his reports. Over 3 months later you keep adding false allegations. We have many clients with 50+ visits, and we even have clients with 250+ visits who are still continuing the service. We could not provide 2,000-3,000 reports to court each year, if our work was the way you portray it. Please convey your concerns to us the proper way, through your lawyer, and we will explain everything to you. Thank you, and we wish you the best.
