I ***** *** ***** **** **** ******* *** wish we had done more research before hiring this company. We are licenced home builders in the ****** ******* We build high end spec homes and custom home builds also renovations. We were solicited by Galaxy to give them a try with own of our own projects of a $2.3m dollar home in ******** The drywall job set us back 2 months. The drywallers were sloppy, messy, slow and buried dozens of electrical outlets, smoke alarms, and plumbing. We begged them everyday to finish the job and **** ****** ******* they said to call Garry. Everything was delayed because of this. Proper sanding was never done so the finished product is way below any reasonable standards. The painters started over 2 months ago and still are not finished. We did not receive the 3 coats of paint that we were promised. They keep telling us that they are finished and we can still see primer through the paint on the walls & ceilings. There is wall paint on the ceiling, ceiling paint on the walls, wall paint slopped on the baseboards and trim. I have spent 30 hours cleaning paint from the floor and light switches. ** **** *** * ********* ************ ******** **** ** *** *** **** ** *** ***** **** *** **** **** **** **** ***** We have to hire new painters to paint the entire exterior and interior 4600 square feet. Never once has Mr. P**** come to take a look at the quality. I have begged, pleaded and cried for him to come assess the work and help to complete the job with just a minimum reasonable standard of care and workmanship. He has never once looked at the deficiencies. He gets very angry and threatens to place leans on the house. We are at our witts end and have hired another company to re-do Galaxy’s work causing further delays, stress and costs. **** *** *** ***** ** ** ***** ** ***** * ****** ******. We are going to report this company to as many people as possible to be warned. Lastly we hired Galaxy to help with a condo reno project. *** ****** ** **** ******* **** ****** ******* ** ****** *** **** **********. There paint job was so bad that they would not let them come back for touch’s ups and again I spent endless hours cleaning paint from places that should not have been there to begin with. We have documented everything *** *** ***** ******** ** ** **** ** **** ** *****! Be warned!!!!
