            BBB conducted a search with The College of Pharmacists of British Columbia's (CPBC), which is the statutory licensing authority for pharmacies and pharmacists in the Province of British Columbia. BBB sent  letters to Canada Pharmacy on January 31, 2022, and on February 11, 2022  but was not able verify their license therefore a search was conducted on CPBC's database January 31, 2021 to confirm if a pharmacy license has been issued to the company’s name or the address.   It has been validated that CPBC does not have records for Canada Pharmacy Canada.

            As of March 24, 2022 BBB has not received a response from the business.

            BBB encourages consumers to contact the CPBC when using an online pharmacy.

            As of June 8,2016: Consumers had filed complaints against Canada Pharmacy on matters related to Delivery, Sales Practices and Billing or Collection issues. Complainants alleged they didn't receive products after making the payment. Others have been charged twice for the same product and paid extra shipment fees. On both cases, consumers alleged they asked but, didn't get a refund. Consumers also alleged that Canada Pharmacy keep contacting them even though consumers asked to be removed from their calling list.

              Had horrible experience. Waited 4 months, never received my prescription. Kept emailing and never received response. Used chat customer service feature who confirmed it was never shipped and referred to another ***** Received no response. Emailed again, no response. Finally spoke with customer service rep today and was told that there was note on account that script wasn't fulfilled because it had 2025 expiration date? It's June 2024! But no one ever told me. I cancelled order and asked for full refund. Avoid this place at all costs. They are a sham. I would be concerned what quality and manufacturer the drugs are coming from.
