            For the amount of 3pcs/62kgs 21x15x13”, 23x16x16”, 23x21x14” Shipping cost was CAD $653.00 to Mexico City airport. I was never informed information at proper times during my time with the agent, and received little to no help throughout the company's services, including being sent air waybill information and customs documents two days AFTER the packages arrived to Mexico City. When questioned, agent specifically stated that they will send the necessary customs documents, and that I just have to take them to the customs office, which was not the required process at all, and I have been misinformed by the company, causing my packages to be held much longer than anticipated, which will cost me storage fees as the airport is currently holding the packages. I have done everything possible in my hands to receive the packages on time, and went around to all of the cargo depots on Tuesday August 3rd and 5th and nobody at the airport had any idea where to go, nor did anybody I was paying.

            Stopped dealing with them. Their service started out great, good pricing too...But then i guess they got a tad too comfy and pricing went up and up. And then the service went right downhill from there. Last shipment we did with them ended up being an 11 days shipment in total and was only 13 hours away. Excuses about customs and stuff were given but we knew better thru our customs broker. They dont like to own up to their shortcomings at all. I would piggyback my shipent before giving the business to them ever again.
