I got my AC ***** heat pump, ***** furnace & ***** tankless water heater from this company aka "Next Day Home Services" and since day one my AC is leaking water in my crawl space and now I have 3 buckets under the duct. They tried to fix the installation issue so many time and they failed then the owner Louie told me that he is going to replace the evaporator and he will order the replacement. Winter pass by nothings happen and I followed up this year January and he never answer my call but finally he reply to my text saying that he will book me in 2 weeks so I said thank you. Again never showed up its already end of June and now not even replying to my messages. I also called Danny who is the main technician who installed my system and keep hanging up the phone every time he recognize my voice. I spent $21,000 with this company and this is the service I get from them, ** ****** *** they change their name to Geoforce Energy? May be next year they will have new name again? Now I start using the AC again and I have to empty the buckets everyday. BIG, BIG mistake giving this company my business ** ** * **** *** I would take my business somewhere else. Also worth to mention that the time he gave me a quote, Louie showed up to my door without mask during pandemic and asked me if he should wear mask or not because he just got tested and the result is negative. That was so unprofessional and I should realize that at that time. Again I made a big mistake giving him my business. Oh another thing, they also make a big hole on my wall while trying to install the exhaust PVC pipe and I showed it to him and he never offer to repair it.Customer response

Hi,
I tried to call them today multiple times, I also send the owner text messages asking if what's going on why he is not picking up or returning my call but no reply. I also called the technician as he told me before that any problem I can call him as well but he keep hanging up on me every time I called. Its very obvious that they are avoiding me. Last reply I got prom the owner was January this year and after that no more.

We are continuing to trouble shoot your condensate issue, All steps have been taken to ensure your systems operation is within manufactures specifications to ensure Warranty validation. We have determined the coil and equipment installed is functioning properly and no the coil and equipment installed have no defects.We are now looking at the existing ductwork as the cause, we are continuing to diagnosis and rectify the situation.
