      I bought a couch and a dining set last July 2022, after a few weeks they were delivered (no compromise for delivery date and time, you have to accommodate them) except for the bench that goes with the dining set. They said due to covid all supplies/furniture deliveries are delayed. After a few months I still have not heard from them, I called and asked for the salesrep who sold me the furnitures, *********************, but was not available, they took my number and said they/he will call back, I havent heard from anybody from the store so after 2 weeks I called again, same story for few more times but then finally I got a hold of *******************, and he said he WILL ORDER the bench and will call me back when it is available, SO THEY NEVER REALLY ORDERED IT IN THE FIRST PLACE. Same thing, I havent heard from him/them after, called them back last month and they said they have the bench and I can pick it up, I said it is suppose to be delivered, because it was part of the set and the delivery is one reason why I bought from them, again they said they will call me back and they never did. Last Friday, I called the store and asked to talk to the manager, I was put on hold and was finally told that he is busy with another customer, they again took my number and said they will call me back, it is now Tuesday (March 7, 2023) and I havent heard from the manager or from anybody. **** ***** **** *** **** ***** ******** ** **** ** **** *** **** ****** *** ***** ***** ** **** ******* ******* *** **** ** ***

      Avoid this store Unprofessional staff,Karan took advance for a floor model sofa set saying it will be packed and kept at warehouse for delivery,got a call from Sam after a week saying that it is defective and suggested to cancel the order ,on asking to see the defect,he denied to show the sofa claiming it was packed to be returned to manufacturer. Misleading and unprofessional staff who don’t stand on commitments.

      Thank you for your feedback. Unfortunately while transferring the floor model to the warehouse, the product received damage and thus, we were unable to fulfil the order. We denied the viewing as it was already in the process of being sent back to the manufacturer. We have a high standard and delivering damaged furniture goes against our core values. We apologize for the situation and welcome the client to visit our showroom to view alternative's.

      Worst furniture store in town, avoid it! I purchased a sofa ($3000) which was totally different from the one I tested in their store. Every time I called, they said the store owner Sam will call back, and he never did for 2 months. I kept calling, every time I called, I was told owner was out of town, or he was busy! And it’s been 3months, My claim still hasn’t settled as no one is there to settle it. I have sent email to ******** ********** asked for legal advise, let’s see what happened.

      Thank you for your feedback. The sofa purchased was a genuine leather sofa with a leather protectant on it which creates a glossy finish on the leather. As time goes on the leather will soften, as is what happened with the floor display, hence creating a different texture. The client received a brand new version of the floor display, and as these are batch created with extremely high quality standards, it's near impossible for it to be different.
