Texted GVA with a picture of my issue. Heard back immediately. Got an appointment after discussing whether it was urgent or not. Genuine concern. Both Ross and Marco excellent customer service skills. Had to all office as well and they were quick and efficient. I look forward to calling GVA when I have an issue as they treat me great! *****

Very fast service, came within 15 minutes of calling there 24/7 emergency number ( my wife’s car was trapped in the garage). My technician’s name was Ross who was very friendly and professional. He put a temporary spring on the door so my wife could leave in the morning for work. He returned next day at the time he said he would and installed the proper size spring. Very happy with the service and price. Will definitely recommend to friends and family.

This has been the absolute worst customer experience of my life. After paying a 50% deposit GVA delivered the door no less than 2 months late (4 months after a $1,200 deposit) without any communication or updates as to when it would arrive. After finally receiving the door the job was done on Friday evening. The workers that came were very friendly and the install went well. However, between Friday evening and Monday morning I received DOZENS of ********* phone calls, emails and texts from Ross that became increasingly more rude and irate. One text reads "* ** *** ***** ** **** ******* **** *** *******" and another "*** ** ** ** ************** **** ***** **** ** *** ***** ***** ***** ** * ******** *** ********". All this within approximately 48 hours after an install, and over a weekend to boot. It should be noted that the invoice I received from GVA said payment in "net 60 days" and also that, out of fear for my safety, I paid the balance; **** *** ***** ***** * **** *** *** * *** ********** ****** ** **** ** ***** **** ** ** **** ** ******* ****** ** **** ***. I want to strongly caution all customers from using this company.

Hi ******, First, I want to apologize that your good service and installation experience ended not well as all the rest, and that’s when we asked for our payment for a fully completed job. There are some incorrect claims you said and that is that we didn’t communicate with you the delay We responded to any inquiry for the ETA you did, and we sent you the original response of the manufacturer for the delay. The job was completed on Friday and the first time I called you was when you called our office on Monday and I returned your call. (There was 0 calls prior to Monday) After I called you back, I heard everything you said till the point you said that you was under the impression that you can pay 30 days after the job is completed, something that we never agreed on, and it is something that never happens with residential customers. Over the weekend you received 3 reminder emails to pay the balance and you ignored them. Again, I apologize that you had this experience with us and I can guarantee to you that you are the first customer ever that had an issue like that because all of our previous customers was willing to pay for a completed job with no problems right after the job completed. We will do our homework on how to avoid this incident in the future and will do everything on keeping a clean reputation of a company that are professional, and always standing behind their words and claims. Even though you decided to burn our name, we will still honor our warranty for the door and the installation.
