Hello, We called Crown Glass Ltd. to replace our shower glass that exploded on 12th Feb, 2022. Their technicians came over and took out the remaining glass that's still attached to the frame. (shown in image2) After they left, I noticed there's some scratching marks on the ceiling and on the wall. So I notified the company via text ************ and sent them pictures of scratch. The person *********** replied those are caused by the glass, not technicians. I told him one of the picture was the ceiling of the bathroom. He replied nothing. Then after couple hrs, he just text me if I want to finish the job, I need to deposit 50% first. If not, he will send me clean up cost. I saw him trying to avoid the problem so I asked him again. Then he first **** about his worker didn't use anything that can cause those scratches. I told him not even I saw them use chisel, I also picked it up when they drop it. Then he goes back to insist it is from the glass and those scratches are my responsibility. Not only he tried to get away from his responsibility by shifting to me, he also tried to end the conversation by saying he doesn't have time to text back and forth about a job and they are very busy. So after the long weekend, I texted him again with desire to proceed the glass replacement and gave him 2 choice. 1. have their technicians fix those marks when they come over. 2.) we fix it ourselves but he has to deduct 2 hours of labour work ($180) from labour charge. He insists they did not make those scratches and tells me to take my business else where. I send him picture to proof (image 2) again to remind him when he zoom in, he can see there's no marks before glass removal. He then told me to stop ********* him and told me he could have charge me $450 for clean up but he didn't. and told me to file any kind of complain I want. He doesn't care. I just want BBB to help me deal with this severe ********* company. Thank you, **** **
