I am an old regular and happy customer of ********************** # *************** ********* Only today I had a problem when I purchased a ***** mango 4 kg for ***** packed box fully wrapped ( except one row) nothing was visible to ensure that the stuffs are fresh.However I took it in good faith.But when I opened the box immediately on arrival at home in half an hour I found two of the Mango was half rotten not eatable.This was an unfair deal and therefore my grievancesBusiness response

we have 24hours return policy clearly posted at the cash counter for customers .
customer should had taken the product back to the store for full refund .
we do take every complain very seriously if this customer did not receive the refund he or she should have called the head office for complain and always respond back quickly.
but we have no record of this .let me know what we can do solve this issue.

Date of transaction - May 1,2023. Issue - I bought two sets of breads from this location on May 1,2023. One of the breads were expired date as April 29th, when I try to use them at home the same day. All the breads had mold on them. I went to the store the next day on May 2,2023 to inform the store and get refund of $3.69. Cashier declined right a way, she said these are not from our store. I said I just bought these yesterday and one of them were bad. I asked for manager, I was told no one was there, the cashier said she can't refund or give the bread in exchange. after 20 minutes of waiting the owner came in and explain that they don't keep old breads and I must have been got it from somewhere else. After 30 minutes of discussion, the owner didn't agree with me. I told them, they should apologies first and refund. But end result was, there was no apology or refund as they think I was lying. As you can see the receipt, I spent $32.47 on the store, they thought I would lie about $3.69 item. I left the store after spending 30 minutes. I felt so insulted in front of all the other customers in the store, it's been giving me stress and can't forget about it. I would like get the refund for my purchase and more over an apology from this store.
