Found a new hair dresser after mine moved away to the **********. Called him and met him for a consult regarding the reds that I am trying to stay away from as well as had a conversation regarding the product he uses for high lights and roots. All seemed great. Went in for my appt. and my hair cut was a disaster, ***** having cut chunks of hair off. (Which I mentioned at the time that I wasnt happy with the length and cut) ***** told me to wear a hair clip for a while!! Really! because now I can only wear my hair curly. (Tried several different styles and they all were terrible) The roots that he did are much lighter than my regular colour. I am very unhappy. I dropped in to the salon yesterday to ask him about it, and there was a lovely woman there who was very empathetic and took my note to *****. (*********) He called this morning explaining that he would NOT refund me. He told me he did nothing wrong. I disagree. When a customer pays $240+ tip totalling $260.82 They should be happy with what was done. ***** did not even offer to look at it. His attitude was short and very unprofessional/dismissive. He seems to think I behaved badly.yesterday when I came in to the salon (Claiming the video showed my terrible behaviour) I was kind but also described what was wrong, and truly was waiting for a phone call to see what could be done. I was treated poorly. Therefore I am asking for a complete refund. $260.82
