Requested for a vacuum, mopping and light dusting in a brand new commercial shop preparing for grand opening on the weekend. I asked them to be at the ********** at 9am. The night prior, I have already done a brief mopping and vacuuming myself so they should be dedicating the 2 hours on the job if hired for a "minimum". Originally we agreed on $243 for 2 hour minimum with 2 people but 3 people showed up and now I'm expected to pay for the wages of 3 people. Received a call saying they were going to be late by 30 minutes. They arrive at the back door and are lost, so they call asking where the location is as I was not on site but I had people waiting in the shop for them. I get a text from the owner (I believe) saying that I was wasting their time. What a joke!! You guys came late and are saying I'm wasting your time? How rude! Maybe look up the location instead of calling and saying I'm wasting time. How do you expect to do business?They also left just under an hour. They didn't even ask what else needed to be done and left without calling, knowing I wasn't on site. When I came back at the hour **** to check up on them, they already left before I could make comments on their awful job. You can still see the dust on the reception desk, window sill. I didn't need a dusting on brand new beds!! One of the ladies also kept banging some stick on my brand new countertops. I have video footage of their whole cleaning and it makes me want to rip my hair out knowing they are damaging the place rather than cleaning it.Cleaning supplies were not adequate for the job. Vacuum they used is so old and just not meant for a cleaning company?? After cleaning, it made the place smell so oddly weird. Only reason why I hired them was because they were hired by a realtor agency for our apartment and my boyfriend said they did a good job but also after leaving, we noticed they didn't even wipe down the walls or stains of certain areas he requested for. Even the photographer that was hired that day questioned the cleaning and supplies they used. They won't provide a proper GST number on my invoice and insist on finishing the job. I have photos and proof.
