An EcoKing C200 boiler was installed by a heating contractor in my new home about 10 years ago. There have been numerous code shut downs from the beginning, varying from a few days apart to a few months apart. Once the boiler was a couple of years old it started loosing internal operating pressure daily. Many service requests to **** at Ecoking over the years were ignored. He did come out within the last year, did a maintenance service, which was not required. I requested that he replace the boiler, send it back to the factory for analysis, this request was ignored. He send me a new pressure sensor to install, and stated he changed the expansion tank, which I told him "HE DID NOT" - HE LIED!!! I sent him pictures of the still installed original expansion tank, but did not get a reply. The new pressure sensor didn't fix the daily pressure loss. On his visit he adjusted the range of internal operation pressure to provide more leeway for me to check and re-set the pressure for the boiler to operate. Currently it still shuts down with codes at times, and has to be re-pressurized 2-3 times a day up to a full 1.0 bar of increase. Other independent service contracts could not solve the problems and commented they know of other units with similar problems. I contacted EcoKing head office in Europe with this issue and they deferred the responsibility back to ****. If **** reads this review and chooses to do the honourable thing and replace the boiler, I will post an update. My recommendation is to NOT PURCHASE A BOILER FROM ECOKING HEATING PRODUCTS INC!

****** has been provided countless free hours and visits to fix problem in his system caused by the original installer, NOT the boiler. This was done on good faith by Eco-King. How long does a manufacturer have to keep helping a customer for issues not caused by their product? As ****** mentioned his product is well over ten years old now. If he wants an expansion tank a professional plumber mechanic can come buy one and install just like every other homeowner. After ten years our responsibility to provide free service and parts is long past.
