After dealing with Allied Insurance Services for just over a year I can say I never once left satisfied with their service. At any location. The staff are unprofessional and under trained. Today I had my plates stolen so I went in to get it sorted out. They said my wife who is on my insurance needed to sign some stuff as well. She was unable to go with me as she was at work. So I asked if they could email her the paper work and do E signatures (as my autoplan broker for my other car does). The lady said "no, I need her signature" no matter how I tried to explain that she can email her the paperwork to get signed as other autoplan brokers do she just couldn't comprehend the question. I then told her how every time I've been there I haven't had a good experience. And all she kept saying was that she needs my wife to sign the papers. So then I asked how do I switch brokers because I'm done dealing with this company. And she literally would not tell me if I needed to cancel with them first or if I would have any issues going to a different autoplan broker to get new plates. Other visits they have told me only one person is needed to make changes to my insurance. And when my rates went up instead of down after 1 more year of clean driving and I asked why they told me "I don't know, call ICBC" and handed me a card. I will not recommend anyone using this business.
