Hello, I contacted Mr. ************* from A-Plus Locksmith *** in January 2024 (note: I hired him once before for a $100 cash job); and he arrived on Jan. 10th/24 to re-key many locks and CHANGE A DOOR K*** WITH NEW LOCK AND KEY. He installed the silver round front door k*** with new key handle and left on that day. I PAID HIM ALMOST $300 CASH AND HE LEFT HAPPILY AFTER SHAKING ON THIS DEAL... NB: HE GAVE ME A WRITTEN 90 DAY WARRANTY ON PARTS AND LABOUR ALSO ON HIS INVOICE HE SIGNED FOR APPROVAL AND PAYMENT IN CASH .Afterwards in January I noticed that the door k*** ********** installed was sticking and not turning properly like a normal door k*** should work, Note: THIS NEVER HAPPEND BEFORE WITH ANY LOCK AND KEY HANDLE SET EVER BEFORE... I would have to try and turn it right then turn it left all the way and keep doing so over and over again, until i managed to open the door somehow. I thought to wait a few weeks to see if the is door k*** would loosen up so I can open it easily after a few weeks till February. ITS A CHEAP SET THATS WHY.!I called *** in Feburary many times and waited for his call back to come down and help me fix this issue. He still never called me back and when I call him he makes an excuse not to come,We are all SENIORS and are having a hard time opening this door... WHY WOULD I CALL HIM IN THE FIRST PLACE TO HAVE THIS LOCK FIXED IF WE COULD DO IT OURSELVES IN THIS FREEZING COLD WEATHER???He doesn't care - He came down quick enough when he wanted my money!
