Brought my bike 2 years ago for broken right mirror to Daytona for repair under ICBC hit and run claim, owner exercise absolutely every possible excuse to not finish my bike, starting with unavailability of parts, wrong colour parts being shipped, all parts came in but he realized one more part needs to be changed, that part came in but then Covid hit and he claim not having enough labour, then someone from his shop died, then he said parts he ordered needs to be painted and painter got Covid, then he is bringing new employee from South Africa to help with repairs,….. Every time he ask for few weeks and I was extremely patient and today I went to shop just to pick up bike but he said my bike is reassembled and he needs more time, Im really loosing hope that I will ever get my bike back, on top of everything my battery is probably gone (I do not expect he placed my battery on trickle charge), my tires are sitting for 2 years, gas in the tank and carburetors is old two years…Customer response

Hi ****I was in contact with business every month if not every few weeks trying to get my bike backI left bike for repair somewhere in Sept 2019, I have numerous contacts with Fentom (business owner)but I did not go anywhere, everytime he ask for few more weeks, in this year I contact him every month starting from Januaryhoping that I will get bike back for riding season but nothing happen as of todayRegards
