Vehicle: 2021 ****** ****** I am filing a complaint against Applewood Surrey for misrepresenting the terms of a car purchase and failing to respond to my attempts to communicate regarding the issue.Details of the Complaint:On 07/22/2023, I purchased a 2021 ****** ****** from a salesperson at ******. During the sales process, I was informed by the salesperson, ***************, that due to my recent immigration status, obtaining financing for a different car model might be difficult.The salesperson then presented the 2021 ****** as an option, stating that I could return the car after 6 months if I could not afford the payments by paying a small service fee. And just use this car temporarily to build a credit score.Upon contacting ******** I was informed that this information was inaccurate. There is no policy allowing the return of the car.Unfortunately, my current financial situation makes it difficult for me to afford the monthly payments for the car.I have attempted to reach the salesperson, ****, on multiple occasions to clarify the situation. However, my calls have either been unanswered or placed on hold for extended periods.Furthermore, I have contacted and visited the dealership directly, but they have been unhelpful I am requesting the BBB's assistance in resolving this matter. I would like to explore the following Return of the vehicle: a return policy in place as presented by the salesperson.Filing a complaint against the salesperson: I believe the salesperson's actions constitute misrepresentation of the car purchase terms and is unethical lying to immigrants Attached Documents:A copy of the sales documents, text unreplied Additional Notes:I am very concerned about this situation and the financial hardship it has caused me. The dealership's lack of response to my attempts to communicate is unacceptable.Thank you for your time and attention to this matter. I purchased a 2021 Nissan Sentra sometime in September of 2021 A year later I started to experience issues with the car. I went to the dealer to inform them about my issues and I was told the car is under warranty. I then went back to the dealer after they booked me appointment where they went into the car stereo system and I was told that a order was placed for parts on September 20, 2023 For day, ************** I keep on following up with the dealer to see if theres any updates which they failed to give. In ******* of 2024 I contacted Nissan ****** to express my concern and frustration, Nissan can then contacted the dealer and was told theres no order placed. Now to my knowledge the dealer been lying to me for months because they dont want to fix my car which is still under warranty. I was sent back to the dealer by Nissan ****** sometime in ******* of 2024. And I havent heard anything since.Business response

Thank you for forwarding the customers complaint.
We diagnosed that the stereo head unit was not working correctly, and advised that a new one would need to be ordered.
Once the customer had left, ********************** ****** reached out to advise us that the required further information from the back of the head unit. We attempted many times over the course of about 5 - 6 weeks to get in contact to arrange for us to quickly get the additional information, in which the customer never answered our calls, or returned our messages. This has caused most of the delay. We were finally able to get in contact with the customer, and have the head unit on order, at the highest priority with Nissan ****** Parts.
