Hello. My name is ******* ****. I bought the used car ten days ago at Jim Pattison Volkswagen Surrey. Few days later I found the battery failure so I couldn't use the car from one week. They gave me a battery test paper. There is very low voltage. It is 11.93v, I asked the **** professor and mechanic, and they said under 12.2v is a fail. I told them about the low voltage, But the shop said still the battery is 'Good' and they will give recharge the battery. But I know it is a temporary way. I worked at ******** HOUSE SEOUL as a manager. I wanted to hear a specific and clear answer. But still no response. I can exchange it within 14 days. But I would like to get a refund. It is related to safety, so I can't trust the company anymore. I decided to return the car tomorrow. I also want to refund the **** taxi and jump-start service fees while I can't use the car. A few days after the report, an e-mail was sent to me to take it back because the vehicle battery was replaced. The battery was sure to be replaced, so they replaced it, too. We were right, but they ******* what experts said and what customers said. I don't know why I ******** and made it hard for the consumer in that way from the beginning. It is a big problem regarding the trust that a large company makes ***** information and bad service to the customer.
If I had taken the car as they said at first and they charged it, it would have been another problem within a few days. And after 14 days, they wouldn't have taken any responsibility, and I would have to change the battery myself. I still don't understand why they said they would charge the battery that has already expired. The problem with starting the car is a situation where I can be dangerous. My car was returned on 28/11/22, and I want a clear answer and a refund.
