I have recently booked service for my **** *** 2004 model. The service department to pay upfront 2 hours daignostic charges around 400$. They got the list of problems and told me to pay upfront 1520$ for EGR valve replacement to fix the issue because *** was not exceeding 40Km/hr. problem was not fixed and they asked to pay upfront 223$ again for further diagnostic and then further asked me to pay 500$ upfront again approximately to fix the exisiting throttle body. After all this, they again sent me a link to pay 400$ upfront more to further diagnose the issue. But...Magic happened, they realized that they have ****** ** *** enough and they called me to pickup the *** saying the *** has so many issues so its really not worth to invest on it. MORAL OF THE STORY...... WHEN YOU HAVE ALREADY GOT TO KNOW THAT BUS HAS SO MANY ERROR CODES AND ISSUES THEN STOP DOING ANY **** TO IT AND TELL ME ON FIRST DAY ........ DO NOT PUT MONEY ON IT Finally, *** is received back as is....even their tech or someone in parking lot hit it while backing up as i saw the rear guard dent and misaligned. I have got pics in their parking lot when I dropped the *** which they may not know but I have them. Lesson learned, **** SURREY.......******* ***

This customer brought this vehicle in here with very little to no information about the problem at hand, we started diagnosing the vehicle and yes asked for more diagnosis time a couple times which can be normal practice for any vehicle and hard diagnosis but most definitely for diesel vehicles. It was when management got involved because it was a hard diagnosis and we then asked the advisor to ask more questions about the vehicle regarding when did these problems start, how long has it been happening for, how long has the vehicle been sitting for etc. the customer said I don’t know I bought it like this, let me call the guy that I bought it from and find out. He then called us back and advised us that the original owner said that the injectors have been mechanically adjusted to only allow the vehicle to go 40km/hr and that the a/c has been disconnected and listed off several other concerns. It was at this point where we advised the customer it is impossible to mechanically adjust the injectors and that we feel that he is best not to spend any more money on this and to try and get the guy that sold it to him to take it back to him as he told us he bought it from the guy and brought it right to us.
