      I placed an order on Aug 1 2021 for a toddler tower and was charged $208.95 the same day. I have contacted the company multiple times since and have not received a response. It’s now February 2022. I want a refund as the child is too old to use the tower *** * ***** **** ******** ** * *****

      I ordered a toddler tower on September 6th 2021 and was charged @221.60 on September 8th. I was told the product would arrive within 8-12 weeks. I still have not received the product. The company's original email address (*********************) has been deactivated. I have reached out to them twice in the past three weeks at ************************** and have not received a response.

      I ordered a toddler tower from this company for which I was billed March 1, 2021. They charged 229.95 to my credit card and despite multiple emails and even correspondence by ********* the company both failed to send the product or issue a refund. The refund is what I am now waiting for to this day. After the first time the product was not delivered on time, they said it would arrive in June. The product did not arrive in June either and by then the credit card company could no longer claw back the money we were charged. After they stopped responding to my emails, I found the owner selling toddler towers on ******** *********** and messaged them Dec. 4th asking for a refund, and sent them my invoice info and also where they could even e-transfer the money back, should they no longer be able to do it directly to my credit card. They responded and said they’d look into it and get back to me the next day, but they didn’t. Just like with the unanswered emails, they then ignored or failed to respond to subsequent messages on my end. I literally found them selling another toddler tower, online while continuing to not issue a refund, 9months after my order was placed. I would love to see this finally resolved and that money returned.

      Ordered a toddler tower on Feb 11, 2021. First contacted tiny trends in March and they told me it would be another 4-6 weeks before it would be shipped. Contacted them twice in May (May 6 and May 11) then received a response on May 16th saying it would be shipped on May 31st. Continued every month or so to get an update, sometimes they would respond and sometimes they wouldn’t. They refused to give a refund and just assured me they would “expedite” my order (they told me this in September, 9 months after I ordered it). September was the last response I received from them. My later emails went ignored, and when I just emailed them again the email jumped back bc the email has been shut down. I just want my money back.

      I ordered a Toddler Learning Tower on May 28, 2021and was told it would arrive in 6-8 weeks. My credit card was charged for $261.45. I still have not received the product or heard from the company. They have not responded to my emails.

      I ordered a toddler tower on June 13th. I have been attempting to contact them by email and have received no response and cannot reach them by phone or any social media posts or direct messages either. I have been patient and trying to give a small business the benefit of the doubt but I have received no updates and not even any response to my many communication attempts. I would like my money refunded. I was charged $240.45 on June 13th and told it would take 4-6 weeks. I received one response on September 15th saying they were still working on it and nothing since despite my many attempts to try to reach someone for an update.

      I ordered a learning tower as a gift for my godson in February 2021. My payment of $229ish was processed immediately on my credit card and I was given a delivery date of 6-8 weeks. That came and went and a later delivery date of another 6-8 was given. I have reached out to the company at least monthly via email, website, social media and even a phone call voicemail. I have received zero support and have not gotten my refund. I am beyond frustrated.

      Purchased a learning tower from tiny trends on 30 Dec 20 for $229.95. At the time was told to expect 10-15 days for delivery. Contacted them early February for an update as wasn’t received by us yet and they said they had a lot of orders and would send an update when shipped. I reached out again at the end of March after receiving no updates and I was then told it would be shipped in a couple weeks. We finally received our tower on 24 April 21 and it was damaged in multiple places. I emailed the company to complain and when I finally received a response they offered to send a new engraved tower or a refund. I asked for a refund as the quality of the tower was not good. I have emailed back and forth for months since then (last response from the company was late July) and have never seen a refund.

      Placed an order for a toddler tower on Feb 23, 2021. Lead time was indicated as 4-6 weeks. Emailed to inquire after 8 weeks and receive a response that cited “significant delays, yes with COVID restrictions but also some with growing pains of a quickly expanding business.” Sent another email after 3 months, only to receive what i now know is a generic response. Sent yet another email earlier this week asking for an update, and if no concrete update is available, for a refund. Received the exact same email response as before. It has now been more than 8 MONTHS waiting for a product that should have taken less than 8 weeks to ship. I am out $230 and no indication of shipping or even a refund.

      I purchased a toddler tower on March 11, 2021 for the total amount of $229.95 including the $20.00 for shipping. I haven’t received it, emailed the company several times, was told that production was delayed and when followed up again 4 times, no response, I am furious that this business has taken money from so many others like myself.
