      I placed an order for my cat's asthma medicine on March 30, 2023. Today is May 1. The order was received in ********* (?) on April 3, and it has not moved. I called customer service on April 22 and was totally blown off. They told me to wait until the following Thursday (April 27), by which time the medicine should have gone from ********* through a center in *****, then through customs, and then delivered to me. It's still in ********* over a month after I ordered it. The 8 - 18 day delivery they promise is a total joke. I've been out of the medicine for over a week now thanks to this lousy service. I'm very unhappy with this company and it's lack of customer service and concern.Date of experience: April 29, 2023

      I came across NorthWestPharmacy.com online and setup Order******** with them on 2/10/2022 for ** * ****** ** ******* *********, the total with shipping costs was $154.86. Per their direction I uploaded a copy of a check made out to NorthWestPharmacy.com for the $154.86 and also uploaded a copy of the manually written prescription from my Opthamologist. After several days, i checked on the status of my order and it was still in "Waiting to Ship" status. So I called them and asked them what the hold up was, they said they faxed my EyeCare provider, stating the dosage "0.01%" was missing on the written prescription, so they needed approval from them before they can fill the prescription. I called my provider and after some back and forth they sent me a printed prescription showing the necessary dosage. I again uploaded this new prescription to NorthwestPharmacy.com and waited again. After calling them for several days, they finally state they have the updated prescription on 2/17/2022 and will process the order within 3 days. 3 days go by and the order is still sitting in "Waiting to Ship" status, so I call them again, they tell me again the order will ship soon. I received a call from them on 2/23/2022 asking if the "Expiry Date" of 12/2022 will be ok on the medicine, I said yes it is. I wait again, the order finally shows "Shipped" status on 2/25/2022. It is now 3/22/2022 and I STILL have not received my order. Because of my dire need for this medication, my Opthamologist has made other arrangements for me to receive this medicine, so I would no longer need this order. I have called NorthWestPharmacy.com several times and they keep telling me I have to wait for my order to arrive before they can provide return instructions for a full refund. However, I have waited patiently, it is now shy of 3 days of a month and still no order, I am out of pocket and the order did not arrive. I wish for a full refund, their service has been very undesirable.
